Teeth Bleaching

Have you ever wondered how white is white enough. Well I have seen teeth bleaching taken way too far and I have also seen the perfect balance. When it comes to teeth bleaching when is enough well enough. My mom is a dental hygienist and she always makes sure I have a sparkling smile. For Christmas she got me an automatic spinning toothbrush that has a timer on it and lets you know when you are done brushing your teeth. Also she always makes sure I am stocked up on toothpaste, floss, etc.

One product that I have recently started using again is a tooth bleaching trays. I just got some new gel and I have started the process once again. I am getting married in August so I have to make sure for my pictures that my teeth are the perfect shade of white. I thought that the trays I was using only needed to be on my teeth for 30 minutes and used a couple times to get the full effect. It turns out the trays need to be in your mouth for 2 hours at a time and this process can last up to 2 weeks or until you are satisfied with the color.
