What is new to come for 2009

Are you wondering what the top make up trends for 2009 are going to be? Well get ready because this year is anything but normal! The first thing to remember is color, color; big bright bold colors are in. Just remember the golden rule - balance is key! Once you have that concept down you are headed in the right direction.
