Fine, Oily Hair
Apply 2 - 3 drops on the tips of the fingers and massage into the scalp for 3 - 5 minutes.
Normal or Balanced Hair
Use 1 full dropper for the whole scalp, massage for 3 - 5 minutes.
Can also be used once a week as a hot oil treatment:
Warm the oil by placing it in a bowl , apply 1 ½ droppers from the root to the ends of the hair, cover with a shower cap for 45 minutes then shampoo.
Dry Thick or Coarse Hair
Apply 1 - 2 full droppers to the scalp and an extra full dropper from the mid-length to the ends. Massage scalp for 3 - 5 minutes.
As a hot oil treatment once a week:
Use the hot oil treatment weekly, leave on for 1 - 2 hours or overnight, then shampoo.
As a sealant:
For sealant apply 1 - 2 drops, rub between palms and distribute after using a leave-in or water based product.
Oil can be applied in a dime size amount to the scalp 2 - 3 times per week.
